EBARA Corporation Acquires Hayward Gordon Group

Japan has acquired Hayward Gordon L.P. (HG).

The objective of this merger is to expand the EBARA’s product portfolio with HG’s distinguished
technology, to develop the manufacturing capabilities of HG, to enhance EBARA and HG’s sales network,
